Jaddou disse que &#8220;O USCIS est\u00e1 sempre buscando melhorar e simplificar nossos processos, e este \u00e9 um grande avan\u00e7o&#8221;. Segundo ela, &#8220;Uma vez que lan\u00e7armos as contas organizacionais e a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o online das peti\u00e7\u00f5es I-129 H-1B, todo o ciclo de vida do H-1B se torna completamente eletr\u00f4nico &#8211; desde o registro, se aplic\u00e1vel, at\u00e9 nossa decis\u00e3o final e transmiss\u00e3o ao Departamento de Estado.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>O USCIS planeja lan\u00e7ar as contas em fevereiro de 2024, seguido pela apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o online dos formul\u00e1rios I-129 e I-907. Essas mudan\u00e7as visam simplificar o processo, reduzir erros comuns e padronizar a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o em papel para aumentar a efici\u00eancia.
